Blind/Low Vision Directory Program

UR Community Cares is a nonprofit organization that supports older and disabled adults in Guilford, partnering with the senior center and social services and connecting them to volunteers to help improve their health and wellness. Volunteers can connect with their neighbors to make a positive impact; learn more on how you can sign up.

UCC created a 100-page directory, a resource guide for low-vision and blind residents and they will discuss and distribute the directory. The directory is in large font print and our goal is to equip individuals with the latest resources. We have many assisted technology companies, which include a wide range of resources outside of CT such as tech tools and devices.
