The children’s department happily accepts volunteers who are at least 12 years old for shelving books and various projects.  To volunteer, please contact Angelina at acarnevale@207.210.128.13 or stop by the children’s room.

Adopting a book is also a great way to support the library. Gifts can be made in honor of your family, birthdays, other celebrations, memorials, and more.  Book plates will be placed in the books and you’ll be the first to check it out!  To adopt a book, please fill out our form (available here or at the library) and email it to the Children’s Department or stop by.

Adults looking to help out can join our Friends of the Library group, who sort donations, organize our book sales, and more.
