The Library is offering digital access to the New York Times for patrons.

Guilford Free Library’s New York Times digital subscription provides access to NYTimes.com from any computer or device, as well as access to the NYT app on portable devices. Enjoy  NY Times articles, blog posts, video, slide shows and other multimedia features.

When accessing from home, you will need to visit this page first and click the ACCESS NEW YORK TIMES ONLINE link. From there you will use a Redeem code that provides access for a 72 hour period. There is no limit to how many codes you can use, so you can keep coming back to get more content.

How do I access New York Times online?

Click on the link below and follow the steps to create your account. Note: If you are accessing from inside (using the Library’s WiFi or public computers) all you need to do is sign in to the New York Times website. No redeem code is required when accessing inside the Library.

*When you click on the link below, you will be redirected to the Redeem Code page. Click in the white box where it says CODE and the code will appear as a drop down. Click on the code and then click REDEEM.
